Leadership Team

Harris County Juvenile Probation Department (HCJPD) provides supervision and services to young people between the ages of 10 and 17 who are under the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court. HCJPD is the largest juvenile probation department in Texas with approximately 1,100 employees and over 6,600 young people referred to the department annually.

HCJPD programs and services operate under the direction of the Harris County Juvenile Board.

Bianca Malveaux, MPA
Director, Intake & Court Services
Bianca Malveaux has been with Harris County Juvenile Probation Department for over twenty-three years.

Bianca began her career as a Probation Officer working in the Intake Unit. Following her time in Intake, she spent several years working in other areas of the department, including the Pre-Adjudication Team, where she worked as a PAT Officer assisting with the coordination of the Junior League volunteers, the Court Unit, the Placement Unit and in the Human Resources Division as an HR Specialist.

In 2007, Bianca was promoted to Court Supervisor where she supervised both Court and PAT Officers. In 2011, she returned to Human Resources and was appointed as the Assistant Deputy Director of Administrative Services, and in 2019 she returned to the Intake & Court Services Division of which she was appointed Deputy Director in 2020.
