HCJPD provides supervision, supportive services and treatment programs to thousands of referred children and families each year. HCJPD understands utilizing volunteers gives the community the opportunity to enhance the lives of youth by providing meaningful activities and resources that promote pro-social, educational, emotional and spiritual growth, and healthy family relationships. HCJPD collaborates with several community partners to maximize available resources and utilize volunteers to provide opportunities that enable youth to become responsible and productive citizens.
